Guest dining room leading to the sun room with panaramic views towards the coast. On the bookshelf you will find paperbacks to read, together with maps, guide books, tourist information and games to occuppy a quiet evening in.
Driftwood bedroom has its own seating area and beautiful views towards the coast. It has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Spinney View is our spacious twin room and has its own seating area as well as an ensuite shower room.
Treetops is our standard double bedroom. Although it has a kingsize bed(5 ft) it does not have a separate seating area like our other rooms. It does however have a spacious bathroom.

St Abbs Head, national nature reserve, is just a short drive away. Our favourite walk and loved by bird watchers and divers.
Just a short drive away, Eyemouth harbour. This picture was taken during the annual Herring Queen event. Fishing, diving and sightseeing tours leave from here.
Four or five seals live in Eyemouth harbour and can be seen most days.
Mire Loch is part of St Abbs Head and is one of the routes your walk can take on the nature reserve. One end of the Loch overlooks the sea.
Just over the border into Northumberland and just eight miles from the Lodge is the lovely walled town of Berwick Upon Tweed.
Further along the coastal route towards Edinburgh and just before North Berwick, is the Scottish Heritage site of Tantallon Castle. This is more interesting than it first appears and has great views of Bass rock which is home for over 20,000 sea birds.
The Borders has several abbeys, which are all within driving distance of the Lodge. Pictured here is Melrose abbey.
